Exporting Poly (vinyl fluoride), in one of the forms mentioned in Note
6(b) to this Chapter allows for significant margin optimization. The India-UAE CEPA agreement reduces the import duty from 5.0% to 0.0%, offering a direct 5.0% cost saving. Additionally, exporters can claim 1.4% under RoDTEP.
